We ship worldwide from Ghana. All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders may require additional production time depending on complexity.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
We want you to love your Kente Luxe piece. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless defective. Please contact us before returning any item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
